Over 30 representatives of the public and private tourism sector will be represented at Ukraine’s national exposition at the 45th International Tourism Exchange (ITB) in Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show.
An UKRINFORM correspondent in Germany said that the leading tour operators, air carriers and hotels from different regions in Ukraine would present their products in Berlin for the 18th consecutive year. Particular emphasis will be placed on the presentation of Ukraine as a co-host of UEFA EURO 2012.
Over 11,000 exhibits from 188 countries will be presented at ITB Berlin. Poland as a co-host of the finals of the UEFA EURO 2012 European Football Championship was chosen as the current partner of the 45th International Tourism Exchange.
In general, the exhibition occupies an area of 160,000 square meters in 26 pavilions of the International Exhibition Center in Berlin. ITB organizers expect 100,000 specialists and another 60,000 visitors.
