The Pickle Project arranges a series of open discussion on the subject of food and its role in the modern life of Ukrainians and Americans. Such an informal meeting is an attempt to investigate the role of food for Ukrainians nowadays and predict any changes. What will our supper dishes look like in 50 years? What influence will fast food make on our way of life? Why both Ukrainians and Americans can teach each other how to cook and eat dishes? These will be one of the typical issues of the discussion. Meeting will take place on 16 of October 2011 at 18.00 in museum of M. Bulgakov. Next meetings will be held in Donetsk (18 of October), Odessa (21 of October) and Lvov (23 of October)
