Museum is situated on the territory of famous Lvov brewery which is the oldest in Ukraine. It was founded in 1715, though first mention of Lvov beer dates back to 1384. Museum occupies a territory of 600 square meters and shows history of making beer and traditions of drinking Lvov beer. Visitors can read the statute of Lvov stock company of brewers of 1897. There is also an exposition of old wooden containers, collection of decorated beer mugs, bottles, goblets of different eras and countries. One of the most valuable exhibits are qualification certificate of year 1797 that marks a man as a good brewer and trunk of an ancient tree which is 50 thousand years old and was found on the territory of the brewery.
