The average prices for the sale of houses in Kyiv region over a week made up USD 809/sq m.
Offers for the sale of houses in Ivankiv district remained the cheapest (USD 308/sq m on average), the most expensive are in Obukhiv district, Kyiv region (USD 1.452/sq m on average).
The average prices for the sale of houses in Kyiv over a week amounted to USD 1,259/sq m.”
