For the first time in Kiev appears a Christmas tree, decorated with attires made of things which had been in use. This is a creative initiative of citizens. All decorations are handmade by them out of any materials: used plastic, polyethylene, old clothes etc. The main aim of the project is development of handmade, creativity, rebirth of family traditions and topic of environment protection. This event united about 10 families which made their decorations and opened this Christmas tree on the 22 of December. Also there was held handmade-recycling master class.
