Ukrainian Army is a truly unique phenomenon. People have tons of reasons to leave, but they are staying!!!!
1. Nowhere to live

Yes, Ukrainian muscular patriots and their families with small and grown up children live in inhuman conditions in dormitories, barracks, service rooms waiting for the country to build homes sweet homes for them. From year to year these people are promised, and when they are about to get their home it occurs that there are issues with the ownership or whatever else.
2. Wages are extremely low

Salaries are on such a scandal level that you cannot imagine how people manage to live for it. Well, at least I can’t imagine what makes them protect the country instead of body guarding Ukrainian oligarhs for much more money. Probably it’s because I did not go to work as a teacher.
3. Prehistoric weapons

Apart from some super-strategic defense sectors the military have to work with almost museum weapons and technique the use of which is above all quite limited due to the budget shortages.
