I’m not a big TV watcher, as I’m not a big sports fan. Though I love when there’s someone to stop an eye on when watching the TV. Since I’m a very occasional watcher, my choices are quite specific.
1. Katya Osadcha

Host of the show “Svitske Zhyttia” (High Life). Well, this is not just a gossip column on the TV, the gal has made it a true art, with beautiful operator’s work, really smart texts of her own, numbers of nominations for the stars, piquant and gallant digs into their privacies – there are lots of great points in what she did. When thinking of this girl, professionalism is one of the first characteristics that come to my mind. A great person to watch a show with.
2. Lidiya Taran
Host of morning show “Snidanok z 1+1” (Breakfast with 1+1). I happen to see the show when my hubs goes to the office early and the kid is quiet and I have a chance to get some coffee and relax. A pleasant blond, very sophisticated and diplomatic, smart and patriotic.
Host of the show “Ja Lyubliyu Ukrayinu” (I love Ukraine). In the show she was a sort of referee between the two members of the group “Potap I Nastya Kamenskih” Potap and Nastya. Guys competed for some prize during the series of shows having each time a new team each with representatives of Ukrainian singers, sportsmen, politicians, businessmen. Lidia hosted it with so much grace, that I can’t imagine doing better.
3. Savik Shuster
Host of the show “Shuster live” and a citizen of Canada and Italy, the guy is pretending to be a VIP host for the political shows being at the same time not patriotic for Ukraine at least, always biased with lots of deceptive sayings and contradictory opinions. Claims to be a sort of arbitrator. For me he’s a shuck and nothing else.
For me watching a TV is supposed to be a pleasure and I skip doing this when I do not like the host of the show. So I will prefer the shows with my favorite Ukrainian patriotic showmen-girls speaking of the color of pants to wear in the next season to the serious political discussion hosted by some suspicious character.
